After 11 seasons and 26 Emmy awards, "Cheers" will serve up its last round of laughs during NBC-TV's special night long salute to the highly rated and critically acclaimed series on Thursday, May 20. This historic television event includes a half hour "Cheers" special, "Last Call!: A 'Cheers' Celebration" hosted by Bob Costas. Immediately following is the 90 minute "Cheers" finale, titled "One for the Road," which features Shelley Long's reprisal of her Emmy-Award winning portrayal of the scholarly barmaid, Diane Chambers.
