Very pretty wrap carrier. It’s not exactly “new” as described — you can tell it’s been tried on/worn at least once because it smells of someone’s perfume and has creases consistent with being tied on/worn. I expected it was likely used with no packaging and the price. Shipping was relatively quick, being shipped two days after purchase, and arriving about a week later.
They were open to negotiating the price. The seller’s item arrived in good condition, but part of my purchase was missing. They offered and provided a partial refund. Communication was responsive once prompted. They were apologetic and polite. Overall, a neutral/positive experience!
