  1. Received the item packed very well and it was in excellent condition but it was not a JUMBO mug . It was much smaller .Returned with seller in agreement and I was refunded thru eBay . There was a big communication snag along the way(the mug got stuck in transit ) & seller made a few very questionable decisions causing more issues . Overall I’m exhausted from irritation .I ‘m glad it’s over and won’t be trading with this seller again.
