  2. my Foodsaver arrived in a broken box... It appeared to have been dropped in transit. I opened the box and tested the machine but there was no power coming to it. I contacted the seller and asked for an exchange. Seller responded within half an hour with a reply paid return label for the item. I am disappointed that the item arrived damaged but very impressed with the return process.

  3. Great communication, loved they sent me a picture prior to printing the name to ensure I was happy and it was correct spelling. It arrived when stated, and looked exactly like picture. My sister is going to love it! The one negative, is it was just sent normal mail via Australia post with no tracking, therefore no comeback if I didn't receive it and no protective packaging.
