  1. Arrived on time and personalised as requested. Unfortunately one of the mugs arrived damaged with the handle smashed/in pieces in the box. Initially offered a replacement but needed it immediately so a refund offered. Good communication. Maybe fragile stickers on the box may have alerted the delivery company to be more careful with their handling/to prevent the breakage. The intact mug was as expected/ good quality. Disappointed that had to go out and buy a replacement gift last minute.
