I don't usually write a lot in my feedback but this time I feel it necessary. Nick was of great assistance!! The part purchased was not the correct one for my VIN which she contacted me to advise. Since the one I actually needed was not available anywhere she took the time with me to verify that with modification I would be able to use this part and when it arrived it was perfect! So a double thumbs up for these guys!!!
I ordered this item /dash harness using the part number I got from our local dodge dealer. When I opened the box I realized the harness was not the correct one. I contacted Vance Auto and they explained how to return it no questions asked. Vance Auto sent out the return shipping immediately!! Great service!!
They had a hard-to-find wire harness in stock for a good price. It arrived as advertised- factory part in original packaging. There was an issue with tracking the shipment, but that’s on FedEx not the seller. Customer service is on point and responsive.
