The camera that I received was not the same as the one that was pictured in the listing - it was stated that someone may not have double-checked it before shipping it from their warehouse. However, the seller was quick to respond and offer a resolution, they were regularly responsive and processed the refund without issues. Great seller! Unfortunate circumstance.
