The package & items were smashed. FedEx doesn’t care about your items. They just throw them & set heavy things on them. The seller was great. I sent the seller pictures of the package & the broken items. They immediately sent me my money back & said just throw the items away. The only problem was it was a Christmas present for my dad & I couldn’t get him another one that looked like so I printed the picture of the broken train and gave it to him for Christmas. We both had a big laugh. 😂
Item was exactly as described and in good useable condition. Shipping was really slow. I am don't think it was the seller's fault. For some reason USPS sent it all over the country and took nearly two weeks before it finally got here from Colorado to Northern California. After two separate alerts that the strap was to be delivered tomorrow with nothing showing up, I started to suspect it might be lost, but it finally did get delivered.
Shipping was very fast, but then seller was not that far away. Could of probably picked it up considering where it was. Packing seems good, even though have not opened it yet. Value was very good for its age. Just as described.
