These 2 books are both signed and personalized by James Boyd. Both are in very good condition, all pages intact and unmarked, covers are sturdy. #1: "Marching On", 1st edition, published by Charles Scribner's Sons, New York 1927. The inscription reads, " To Rachel Duira Baldinger with kind regards James Boyd ". #2: "Drums" , published by Grossett and Dunlap, 1928 . The inscription reads, "To Wilbur Henry Baldinger with kind regards James Boyd ". Wilbur Baldinger's nameplate is inside the front cover. A little discoloration of the spine has taken place. There is a slight separation between the title page and the previous page due to age, but the bottom 1/3 of the page is not affected. This separation is only evident at the title page.
