This is the second refurbished computer I buy from this company. Each time, the product was as described. The cost of the computer was reasonable with the warranty already provided through ebay. The surprise I had when I registered the device with Lenovo and seeing the warranty info there gave me piece of mind. The computers came faster than expected. The packaging was adequate for a refurbished computer. I plan on buying another one from them soon because the value, and warranty.
Extremely fast shipping was shipped same day the packaging was more than enough to protect the items everything came as described and worked up to the standard of the description only issue I had was with the shipping company but the seller was more than happy to resolve the issue by moving to another shipping company if they kept giveing me the runaround responded as soon as they could good customer service definitely a great seller that can be trusted
