Loot Hive is an excellent seller to deal with, quick ship and response. I had an issue with the first laser. James with the company answered my e-mail quickly and worked with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the part of the laser that reads games was bad. They sent out a tested replacement right away and it works like new. New item at a great price got my dinosaur up and running again!
