I ordered this camera because I used an office that had one at work and I wanted one of my own. The neck of the camera doesn’t extend as it is supposed to, so the camera just comes on but doesn’t adjust because the neck won’t extend. I reached out to the seller; they responded once but nothing after that. The product is just “Ok” at this point which is a huge bummer.
Seller was fantastic. There was an internal defect with the item, but the seller and had no problem providing a refund. Very prompt response and resolution. Thanks again!
