Received product in a duct-taped, previously opened factory box. The item needed slight modifications to be assembled, which is probably why it was sold. Can't be mad at it for the price. The manufacturer definitely had poor quality control, as there were several design flaws. Would not recommend this product. (Not seller's fault)
