Used condition. Main issue is that it has been cut on both sides at the bottom so it can stretch out a little bigger. I think it could maybe be sewed back together, but that's past my skill level. Shipping arrived perfectly albeit a little slow since I'm the entire way across the country. Packaging was mint shape on arrival. Product was as described. I'm happy with the value and glad to have some wool clothing that keeps the cold out of my legs. The custom stitching appears professional and if it wasn't noted in the sale description I wouldn't have known any different. Would buy from seller again and suggest him to other buyers.
