ALTHOUGH SELLER 'REFUSED' CANCELLATION REQUEST PER EBAY SYSTEM, WHEN I CHECKED ORDER STATUS, IT SHOWED AN UNRECOGNIZABLE TRACKING NUMBER STARTING WITH AQUA AND ENDING WITH YQ- THUS LIKELY ORIGINATING FROM CHINA/AMAZON. LUCKILY PAYPAL REFUNDED SOME 13 HRS LATER, ANYWAYS, AND NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY SHIPPED/RECEIVED SO IN THE END I WAS ABLE TO BUY FROM A RARE EBAY SELLER THAT DOESN'T DROPSHIP/AMAZON; WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO AVOID CHINA!
The product was good and packaged properly. Only complaint was the shipper used. Transit time was a few days longer than USPS alone would have required. A tracking number was provided but they used Aquiline International as their shipper, not UPS, FedEx or USPS as their listing states. No tracking progress updates were available until the day the package was delivered. And this product was shipped from their Amazon account. That should have been disclosed too as it matters to some people.
Love this product and am so pleased I was able to still buy it. Came exactly as it was stated. Brand new, shipped fast. I think I got it the next day!!!! Slightly pricey but this company is now operating overseas so you can’t get it here in the US anymore. I wish these companies would leave well enough alone. I’m sick of them taking products I like and no longer selling them.
