Was a bit concerned with a no return policy but understandable as a "medical item" and not a big deal after use. Know the drill after numerous surg. revisions over the yrs. Furthermore, appreciated the seller's effort delivering ideal pics along with a thorough description. Would/will buy additional items without worry.

  2. I'm very happy with the remote I purchased. It works as described and arrived earlier than expected. Packaging could have been better but fortunately it arrived undamaged. It was one ov the more expensive remotes of that model on your site but the only one that said it was tested. Overall, a good value.
