The shipping and packaging were great,the item was described exactly how it was shown and the value was more than reasonable, unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping and it's the only item I have had from the Goodwill that was damaged, and I have brought many items. I was able too return it to them with no problems, they even had FedEx pick it up since I don't drive and limited to how far I can go. The Goodwill made my return extremely easy for me, so understanding and thoughtful.
Wow. Communication was very easy with this seller. They shipped quickly by Fedex, which was nice. They followed my packing suggestions on this item (since I had shipped similar) and even went beyond. This was one of the most professional packing jobs I've seen in 25 years on ebay. The item arrived in great condition, just as described. Every aspect of this transaction was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER.
The order arrived in a timely manner. The casserole dish was packed with care and was just as described. It was a great value. The dish, however, had a hairline crack in it, I believe it happened in the shipping process as it was not in any of the pictures shown. The seller was quick to accept the return.
