Item appears to be new as described. I couldn't have driven anywhere to get the same item for the value of this one. Just hooked up and seems to do what it is needed for so overall, Great price for a New item. Was packaged very well. Although the tracking is still showing it on the way and the tracking number quit showing anything after Wednesday, that is NOT on the seller as they did send the correct tracking number. Thanks for a great job and great price and fast shipping.

These people are very good to deal with. Yes, the item did not arrive on time. However, when I reported the problem, they looked into it. Tracking showed it stalled out at a USPS facility halfway here. Communication with BatteryGalaxy was great and they resolved the situation.
