I am happy with the items purchased but take issue with the delivery service - I accept the seller is not the delivery company but they do choose to use them - if an item cannot be delivered by a certain day then it should be stated… I was told a specific day by the delivery company and notified they had my package and were to deliver that day … yet it took a further 2 days for delivery and the need for myself to rearrange appointments due to the expectations of the delivery.
Extra week on the delivery time, which was between the seller marking it dispatched and the carrier confirming receipt. It is a busy time of year. This wasn’t a problem for me in this instance but not as advertised. Communication was good when I queried the absent package. The products were described accurately and are very good for the price so I’m happy with my purchase.
I ordered three Hoover vacuum cleaner filters, however seller only had one left. He immediately contacted me to advise of the issue, sent me a partial refund and posted the remaining of my order via Evri. All this happened yesterday and my order has just been delivered today.
