The seller was absolutely GREAT! There was a small delay in shipping and he contacted me to inform me of the delay and reimbursed me the shipping price. Unfortunately I didn’t see his message until after the he had already taken action. Waiting an extra few days wasn’t a big deal to me. The seller shipped the comic in a standard comic container, unfortunately the container had been obviously crushed and bent which damaged the comic but I think it’s fixable so I wouldn’t dare bother the seller.

It was very important to him that he made it right, so after an apology and a refund, I could not possibly give this seller anything but positive feedback.
