  3. Excellent customer service. A book was missing from my original order but as soon as I flagged it they sent out the book. When the courier said the book was undeliverable (!) the seller refunded before I was even aware of this, then when the book arrived a few days later and I contacted the seller they said to keep it with their compliments.
