Vendor needs to be more observant and honest to disclose that this "open box" item is missing a component (such as its USB power supply cord). It is impossible for a buyer to be aware of this from the photographs.

  2. Box was badly damaged. We haven't used the product yet but it was the same size. But The shipping took forever. I had even forgotten ordered it. Maybe four or five weeks or so. Extremely slow shipping.
